Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 package (about 1 lb) veggie ground round (I use Yves)
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 4 cans of beans (I use a variety: Northern, Kidney, Pinto.)
- 2 cloves garlic- minced
- chili powder to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
You can adjust the amounts of anything to your
taste. I like my chili thicker so I only use 2
cans of tomato sauce.
2. Slow cook for at least 4 hours for best
results.
3. This can be served as is; with toppings; over
pasta... you get the point.
4. Add or change an ingredient... this is just
my simple starter chili.
